How to track my order?
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Economy shipping takes about 5-8 business days. Standard shipping takes about 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays. Please note that shipping carriers can experience high volumes during peak times that can cause slower shipping speeds and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because each item is uniquely crafted just for you, it typically takes 5-10 business days to arrive. We'll send your order to production within an hour, and you'll get a tracking update as soon as it's ready to ship. IMPORTANT: Once your order has been sent to production, it CANNOT be changed, canceled or edited.

Why do different items have different shipping options or ship separately?
We partner with different warehouses and production partners to create and ship our diverse range of products. Our items are made-to-order using specialized printing methods and ship directly from those partners, while others may come from a different location. This can result in separate shipments for a single order. Don't worry about the cost – at checkout, we'll automatically calculate the single best shipping price for everything you've ordered, even if it ships from multiple places.

How are your products made?
Our apparel is made using the latest printing methods – direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, direct-to-film (DTF) printing and all-over printing (AOP).
DTG - This printing method is used for printing on clothing, and the process itself resembles digital printing on paper. Using this technique, pigmented water-based inks are applied to the garment’s surface and are absorbed by the product’s fibers. Typically, the garments are made of cotton or a cotton blend.
DTF - DTF printing involves printing designs onto a special PET film and then transferring them to a product using adhesive powder and heat. DTF transfers are made with white ink, which means they can be applied to any color fabric and still retain the vibrancy of the image.
We also have embroidery for some of our hats. Embroidery products feature designs stitched onto garments using thread and a needle.
Can I add my name or social media handle to an item?
Yes! We can add your name or username to any shirt, sweatshirt, jacket, hoodie, tank top, journal, notebook or tote bag for a small fee. Please reach out to us with your customization inquiry for a specialized quote!
Can my customization text say anything I want?
Yes, as long as it meets intellectual property policy and does not contain any prohibited content such as the following:
- Child Exploitation
- Harassment, Bullying, Defamation, and Threats
- Hateful Content
- Illegal Activities
- Intellectual Property: We will not allow content that infringes on the copyright or trademarks of others.
- Personal and Confidential Information: We will not allow any content that contains personally identifiable information, sensitive personal information, or confidential information, such as credit card numbers, phone numbers, confidential national ID numbers, or account passwords.
- Self-Harm
- Terrorist Organizations
Text or phrases that go against our content policy are prohibited on all products to protect our brand’s image and reputation.
What is your return policy?
We have a 7 day exchange only policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please check our full return/exchange policy here.
My item arrived with a defect/damaged, can I exchange it?
Yes! Any items that arrive with defects or damaged can be exchanged. In rare cases of broken glass or ceramic (such as cups and ornaments), please be sure to submit photos of the damage, DO NOT return the item and dispose of it safely. A replacement will be provided for you.
What payment options do you accept?
We currently accept payment via credit/debit card and PayPal. A PayPal account is not required as they accept most major credit/debit cards.
Payment plans are also available via Shop Pay, which uses Affirm.
We also accept CashApp payments to help reduce credit card fees.
